Private Sale – Ski Resort

We are looking for a buyer for multiple Rocky Mountain ski resorts that have been discounted less than 50% of their value.

These ski resorts are operational year around and cash-flowing. The have several lodges, restaurants, bars, and ski runs. Other activities available are fishing, hunting, horseback riding, rock climbing and snowmobiling.

Interested parties will need to sign an NCND letter, provide a letter of intent, provide proof of funds, a business plan and an executive summary. If you need assistance with any of these items, we can provide that assistance. If you need funding, we have resources available also. Please contact us for further information.
