Project funding
Do you have a large commercial project that needs funding? Do you need funding to purchase a five star hotel, a mall package, a casino, skyscraper, beach hotel, boutique hotel, an office building, a professional sports team, apartments, large multi use condos, packages of gas stations, or even a green proect? If you have a large project not mentioned, we may have someone willing to fund your project, so please ask.
We have several private money lenders, hedge funds and REITS that are funding these types of projects and are looking for more to invest their capital into.
These projects can be anywhere from $30M to $5B and can be funded for up to 100% of the total cost of the project. They can be anywhere in the world. Funding can take place within 90 days of having the paperwork in. Tentative approval are within days of initial contact.

Hello Lon, my consulting group has over 40 3-8 star hotels from 100 mil to 3 Billion: 50% of them are off the market. some in developmental stages with 40-70% pre-sales. Others are fully established and in operation with good caps. several luxury hotels in New York city, 1 in development in Chicago 92 story, 20 available in Dubai, 2 in Paris, 1 in Italy, 5 in Miami Beach and several in Mexico. We also have newly developed residential developments with multiple high end luxury homes and home-sites (development blow-out sales). In addition we are seeking investors for several sequels to major hollywood film projects by world renowned film maker Marc Canton Director of #1 box office film “300″, “SpiderWick” and “Revelation”. Hi Lon, We are in the very stages of putting together a health and medical centre in Vanuatu where health services are poor. We own the land in Port Vila, the capital of Vanuatu and have been working with a graphic designer to come up with visual elevation of the proposed 4 story building and other interested parties. What we are looking for is not only financial assistance but help with setting up the project and making sure that it has the best chance of success.
