Hotels Available – Chicago, San Francisco And Orlando

We have three hotels available:

San Francisco 5 Star
Chicago 5 Star has about $35M in equity
Orlando 4 Star with an 8.1 cap rate selling for $120 million

Prices on the SF & Chicago properties were not specified.  Funding is available on all projects.
