We have a client that is looking for a hotel in New Jersey that is part of the Holiday Inn family. These can be a Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, Staybridges Suites or Candlewood Suites. Price needs to be $10 million or less.
