17 Houston Shopping Centers Available At An 8 Cap
We are direct to the seller representative of 17 off-market shopping centers in the Houston, Texas area. All but one center is priced at an 8 cap, the other is priced at a 7 cap. Most leases are triple-net (NNN) and some are single-net.
The total for all 17 shopping centers is $68.5+ million, some of the loans are assumable. Total square feet is 408,496.
