Assisted Living Facilities Being Sought
We have buyers that are looking for licensed assisted living facilities. They like 80 – 120 beds, but will do larger. They can be operating or distressed. They will pay $20k – $25k per bed for distressed and $40k – $45K per bed for operating.
The are also looking for independent living and skilled nursing in Florida.
They are looking for off-market or just listed (less than a week) properties.
