We work with buyers, sellers and lenders for private sales. 

These sales include real estate (usually large commercial buildings like skyscrapers, 5-star hotels, casinos, etc.), mortgages, loans (car paper for example), raw land, green projects and just about anything else that is sold as a private sale.  These sales can be anywhere from $10 million to $5 billion.
