We are looking to buy an industrial building in Texas. Ideally in the south east of the state. App 30.000 sq ft covered and at least 3 acres of land to expand. If it is a machine shop, even better. We need to machine steel parts from 1/4 ton to 3 ton max. Overhead crane is necessary.
